After having a less than good experience at a different bridal store earlier in the day, I was feeling a bit defeated but Julia really came through. She was so kind and understanding. She really listened to what I was thinking and helped me find the words to describe how I felt about each dress I tried on. She also helped me understand the different dress materials and how the feel and what they do for the overall feel of the dress. I had a last-minute elopement and wanted a nice wedding dress two weeks before the wedding. I worked with their stylists, before the physical consolation, on the dress styles I would prefer. On the day of the appointment, Marcela already had dresses in the styles and size I wanted. I was able to get my dream dress that day after only trying on a handful of dresses. Marcela was very helpful and friendly, and she also helped me with realistic expectations for alterations. It felt like fate that I was able to get a dress that only needed minor alterations in my style and budget range.

What a dream day Adore Bridal gave me! I was BEYOND anxious for my first time trying on dresses and thought since I had another appointment later that day that I would just come in and get comfortable with my body in what I thought I wanted. My experience at Adore was simply amazing. I loved the concept of the dresses in the back where I couldn't see them all up front, as it can be very overwhelming when searching for your wedding dress. But what I loved most about my experience was the way Kelly paid attention to detail regarding my vision of the perfect wedding dress when I was conversing with her, from the fabric to the silhouette, Kelly did not miss. She listened to me and what I envisioned and came back with THE DRESS of my dreams. Kelly did not pressure me to make a decision, I was not rushed at all. My family, friends and I could not stop raving about the level of service she provided when helping me try on dresses and ultimately find my wedding dress. The atmosphere at Adore is very modern and inviting. I loved that there was a basket for my clothes and personal items in my try on area. I also love that Adore offers preservation of your wedding dress after your wedding day. No other bridal boutique mentioned or offered that to me as an option. This place is truly top tier.

Adore was the third bridal boutique I have Been too, and the service and experience was unmatched. since making the appointment there was open communication with my phenomenal consultant angel Michaela. She was a dream to work with. She pulled perfect dresses for me, was straight forward about options and took the time to understand what I was Feeling and needing. She even explained the details of dresses and the geometry of why certain suited my body best and sizing. I am Extremely indecisive and she was so patient with me yet also kept me on track. We had gone to Davids Bridal in Scottsdale before this, and it was such a different experience then at Adore. I wont rant about Davids. I will say that Adore did that Davids didn't. Adore offered us water, helped my daughter in and out of the dresses she tried on, the assistant sat down and spoke with my daughter on a person to person level in order to support my daughter's vision and made it all about my daughter, as it should be when a person is wedding dress shopping. I had gone to a few places and felt really discouraged by the experience of trying on bridal dresses. Searching for a bridal dress had become anxiety producing and frustrating. I started looking online for dresses instead when a friend suggested I try out Adore Bridal. I'm do glad I did! The entire experience from booking the appointment to even after i bought the dress has been fantastic! Kaylie was my specialist and she really made the experience fun and exciting! She picked out so many GORGEOUS dresses for me based on a short interview and survey i completed. It was beyond expectations. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my dress and i'm very happy i went to adore! Fair warning, they are slightly pricier than places like David's Bridal but their customer service is IMPECCABLE and they have WAY better quality dresses than the discount stores. I was the one who had been to 6 stores trying on every dress imaginable. I was frustrated and losing hope that I would find my dress. I went to Adore really thinking I wouldn’t find the one, but I was ready to be done with this part of the wedding planning. Kaylee is such a sweet human, she was super kind and understanding and patient even after trying on what felt like 20 gowns. The other staff was giving me support as well and it felt really nice to be in such a positive place. They ended up shipping in a gown I had my eye on, but didn’t have in store, the following week.
