Some brides have been asking us, "What is a trunk show?" Well, we're here to give you all the details and let you know what to expect!
A trunk show is typically a weekend long event where a bridal designer sends dresses from their collection that we do not already have in our store...just for YOU! That means EXTRA dresses to see and try on! During trunk show events, we like to pass on our designer discount on to YOU - in this instance, that means $200 OFF every single L'amour dress*! 🙌
All dresses are special order only, meaning that if you have a wedding date of April 2022 or beyond...you're in luck! Wedding dresses take anywhere from 6 to 9 months to arrive once they are ordered, and you'll want to have some time for alterations before your big day.
During your trunk show appointment, you'll get to browse the dresses from their new collection and see which ones catch your eye ✨ We suggest bringing any important family or friends with you into your appointment. Just try to limit it to only the people that understand you & your vision for your big day, or ones that are truly the most important to you!
We see a lot of brides bringing in every aunt, cousin & uncle with them - and sometimes too many opinions...is not helpful 😆 You know yourself best, so bring those along that will support you & know you well.
