Back on May 1st of 2021 these two beautiful souls came together to get married. And we are just beyond thrilled to get to share with you a little bit about their day!!  Melissa looks so elegant in her dress, and the two of them look so happy together.  So let's take a look!

What was the style inspiration for your wedding?
Pastel, rustic, elegant, classic

Did you have a wedding day hashtag?
#bringmeaheilerlove (our entrance and exit song was Higher Love by Kygo)

Do you have a special memory from your wedding day?
In the midst of COVID, my ENTIRE extended family was able to fly into town and attend our wedding! That will forever be a special memory from the day.
Another funny memory is when we were taking photos in the road with the mountains in the background, a truck drove by with the windows rolled down and in the spur of the moment I gave the hitch-hiker's thumb as it drove by. That made for some funny footage in our video and in our photos.

What do you admire most about your new spouse?
I have to pick just one thing!? His generous heart <3

Tell us more about your wedding. Is there a great proposal story? How did you choose your location? Any DIY tips?
We had a very large wedding (175+)! So many family and friends were able to come and join in the celebration. We had very slim pickings on locations since brides were rescheduling and booking dates very far in advanced due to COVID cancellations. The Superstition Manor honestly fell into our lap! They happened to have one Saturday in May open, and it was considered open at a discounted price because it is a "summer" month (so of course we loved the savings!)!
We cut quite a few corners on décor, invitations, and cake by keeping it small and simple so we could splurge on our top two things: open bar, top shelf all night long and photography/videography.

(And we agree - that is great advice - splurge on what it most important!!)

What was your experience Adore?
It was awesome! The stylist I worked with before I came in to try on dresses was so dedicated to collecting information about me and the kind of dresses I might want to try on to make sure I could find my dress in one shot when I came in to the boutique. The day I came in to try on dresses, my stylist already had 4 dresses waiting for me in the fitting room and the fourth one was the one I chose. I didn't need to look any further!

Are there any vendors that stood out to you as top notch? Who and Why?
Shutter and Sound Videography and Tony George Photography!! (I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM MORE HIGHLY! OH MY GOODNESS!!!)

(Thanks for the recommendation!)
