Bridget and Nicholas got married March 12, 2020 at the Social Hall in Tempe, AZ. Bridget's overall inspiration for the wedding was moody romantic, and in our opinion, girl nailed it!

Here is a little bit of their story

Do you have a special memory from your wedding day?

We both wrote our vows in each other's vow book and had the day of coordinator exchange them right before the ceremony. We read our partner's vows privately before the ceremony.

What do you admire most about your new spouse?

His patience, compassion, intelligence, and his ability to understand me even when I can't understand myself.

Tell us more about your wedding. Is there a great proposal story? How did you choose your location? Any DIY tips? What else would you want everyone to know about your wedding?

I'm a movie buff and, to my husband's dismay, I prefer not to celebrate my birthday. He set up a proposal with the manager of a local AMC Theaters. My husband insisted we go watch a surprise movie for my birthday. My husband asked the ticket attendant for two tickets to the special showing and she responded with "that will be one ring please". The manager had it added to the marquee just for us as "The Rest of Our Lives". I never saw it coming! It was magical!

Are there any vendors that stood out to you as top notch? Who and Why?

Josh and Liberty at Storytellers Photography. They did a phenomenal job.

Elle at Designer's Mark. I was very picky about the flowers I wanted to be used. She blew me away with her work and her low prices!

Phillip with Blue Room Entertainment. He was an excellent DJ and a blast to work with.

Honey Moon Sweets. We gave them a very difficult cake to make and they nailed it!

What was your experience with Adore Bridal's?

It was wonderful. They were very patient with me, even when I was indecisive. I found the perfect gown for a reasonable price. I did start to have dress regret after a few months because of not being able to see/wear the dress while it was being made. The representatives at Adore Bridal's were so understanding and reassured me repeatedly that I made the right choice. I became pregnant 3 months before the wedding and Suzanne was excellent at keeping me calm and making sure the dress would still fit. Looking back at my wedding pictures I can say the representatives were right. The dress was perfectly magical.
