3/30/20 - ADORE BRIDAL HAS REOPENED AFTER A BRIEF CLOSURE DUE TO COVID-19. OUR COMMITMENT TO A CLEAN, SAFE, AND SANITARY SHOPPING ENVIRONMENT IS UNWAVERING. PLEASE READ THE POST BELOW FOR UPDATED INFO ON OUR POLICIES AS WE NAVIGATE THIS UNIQUE SEASON.

Like all of you, we have been monitoring the news regarding the coronavirus. The health and safety of our guests and staff are of the utmost importance. In light of what we have learned, we have stepped up our cleaning and sanitation procedures. Our entire store, including the reception area and dressing rooms, is sanitized several times a day, including all surfaces, doorknobs, counters, telephones, computers, etc. You can rest assured that shopping in our boutique will be as healthy an experience as we can make it.

EFFECTIVE THURSDAY, MARCH 19, 2020, WE WILL BE CLOSED ON WEDNESDAYS, UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, IN ORDER TO LIMIT COVID-19 EXPOSURE.

In accordance with recommendations, we are limiting the number of guests and the number of appointments in our boutique. This means that we will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY AND ALL BRIDES SHOULD LIMIT THEIR GUESTS TO 2. THIS INCLUDES ALTERATIONS APPOINTMENTS. We are an intimate boutique that serves a wide population (including those most sensitive to the negative risks of the coronavirus). Limiting guests helps limits the spread of the virus. Unscheduled shopping visits will only be accommodated as space and stylists are available. Please call before your arrival (480-926-9106).

Brides who would like to include more guests in their appointments should consider the use of video conferencing apps, such as FaceTime, to include loved ones who can not physically be at the appointment. Wi-fi is available at Adore Bridal's. We are happy to help you digitally include your friends and family.

If you are feeling sick or showing any symptoms of upper respiratory illness, or have been in contact with someone known to be infected with COVID-19, please call us and we will happily reschedule your appointment. This includes alterations appointments. This is for everyone's safety. No dress is worth the risk of your health or the health of others.

We have had a lot of questions about the timely delivery of wedding gowns. We have reached out to all five of our wedding gown designers. They have all assured us that at this time, they are not expecting delays in the deliveries of gowns. Two of our designers, Moonlight Bridal and Jasmine Bridal, own their own factories, giving them greater negotiation of their production. Due to the situation, both designers have re-instituted super rush options on most of their gowns. If you are interested in this option, ask us to provide details. Additional information regarding shipping dates and delivery will be provided as we receive it.

For any bride nervous about special-ordering a wedding gown, Adore Bridal's does have alternative options for securing your wedding dress. Many of our designers have gowns in their state-side stock that can be shipped immediately. As well, all of the gowns in our boutique are available for off-the-rack purchases. If you don't want to risk waiting for your gown, you truly don't have to.

As always, our priority is the happiness of our brides. We hope these guidelines and measures help them stay happy and healthy throughout their wedding journey. Thank you for your understanding as we all navigate through this unique time.
